Esté MacLeod Design is a trading name of Explore Colour Limited, registered in England under company number 11921484.

This website was setup in 2026 to coincide with the launch of a new range of wallpapers made in the UK and available on standard rolls. 

About Esté

Esté MacLeod a professional artist and designer with a background in textile and surface pattern design. Her work is exhibited in galleries in the UK and internationally, and she licenses her designs for use on a selection of products, from wallpaper and textiles, homeware collections, ceramics, puzzles and stationery plus editorials and book illustrations. Esté shares her knowledge though online courses and regular in-person retreats in Europe and further afield.

Esté's has an extensive and multidisciplinary educational background:

• Higher National Diploma in Textile Design (1986-1990)

• Post-degree Diploma in Fine Art Printmaking (1990)

• BA Honours in Ceramic Design with Glass (1st*) (2007-2009)

• BA Masters in Contemporary Jewellery Design (2010-2012)
